Frozen Water Heater Leak

The water heater broke inside this cabin during our well under freezing conditions. Large icicles formed from the excess water escaping. SERVPRO of Douglas and Otter Tail Counties was on the job within an hour after the call. We are "faster to any size disaster."

When storms persist throughout the night, major damage can occur. If any pieces of roofing material are torn or damage, water can begin to enter a structure. Water will start pooling in either an attack space or a second story room.

As you can see, this home was damaged by a large storm complete with high winds and rain. Emergency teams such as ours are always in high demand during those stormy late hours in the night. We are always available to you no matter what time you reach out.

This basement had to be completely stripped of padding, insulation, drywall, and carpet. The room was flooded for more than a few days while the home owners were away on vacation. Water destroys any material when left standing for more than 48 hours.

This home suffered major damage from a storm that passed through. Their whole roof has been destroyed and left debris spread throughout their home. SERVPRO of Douglas & Otter Tail Counties has a team of professionals on call 24/7. We are always ready to help you!

In a catastrophic events, SERVPRO storm teams come in to help out with the devastation, in hopes to return families to their homes as quick as possible. These homes in Texas were hit hard from hurricane Harvey. This neighborhood had non-salvageable contents and debris line up and down the curbside. SERVPRO of Douglas & Otter Tail Counties was grateful for the opportunity to help out those in need.

This home in Houston, Texas survived Hurricane Harvey, however, their hardwood floors did not. This is just an example of what can happen to your hardwood floors if they ever become completely submerged in inches of standing water.

In September of 2017 we sent a team of 6 with 3 SERVPRO vehicles down to Texas to help with Hurricane Harvey clean up. When the lives of so many homeowners were turned upside down because of the flooding, it was good to be able to help with some of the initial clean up and restoration.
